Yes — and this is a core reason clients choose us. Building plan sanction, layout approval, diversion, NOCs, DPR preparation, completion and occupancy documentation are all handled by our own team. You never stand in a municipal queue.

Absolutely. Most clients take the full signature-to-keys package because it removes coordination risk, but architecture-only, approvals-only and interiors-only engagements are all available with the same written scope and schedule.

A 3BHK interior fit-out typically runs 60–90 days. A ground-up residential build runs 10–16 months including approvals. Commercial fit-outs are usually 45–75 days. You receive a dated, stage-wise schedule before work begins — and we report against it weekly.

You get an itemised BOQ with quantities, brands and rates before work starts. Payments are stage-linked to completed milestones. Any change is issued as a written change-order with cost and time impact, approved by you before execution. No verbal budgets, no end-of-project surprises.
